Patrick Wilson is a pastor with more than three decades of experience supporting people in their personal and professional lives. He leads CrossRoads, a non-denominational, interfaith congregation in Rolla, MO, that resides in the same building as the county homeless shelter. He and the CrossRoads family work in full affirmation and support of the queer community, partnering with or hosting their events. He performs special ceremonies including weddings, funerals, and other rites, and supports same-sex unions. He is a certified crisis-management counselor with The Trevor Project and a trained life-coach with Pinnacle Leadership Associates.
He is glad to support other community leaders in guiding their teams through affirmation, biblical exploration, and social-justice practice. He is also eager to offer personal support, pastoral care, or life-coaching to all people regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, financial status, ability, age, or other social labels.
Patrick earned his B.A. at Baylor, Th.M. and M.A.Th. at Southwestern Seminary, and his Doctorate of Ministry from Logsdon. He and his family live and serve in Rolla, Missouri.
The practice
Plain-language strategy. No shame about starting points. Always aligned to how your actual family lives.
LGBTQ+ discernment work with pastors and congregations, religious trauma support for people processing past harm from faith communities, and Trevor Project certified crisis-management counseling. Also offers pastoral care, ceremonies, and 1-on-1 life-coaching for all people regardless of background.
Uses the names and pronouns you use. Meets clients in their actual life, not an idealized version. Flags the places law or policy still lags, and builds around them.
On paper
Licenses, affiliations, and practice years. All verified at member intake and reaffirmed annually.
