The Pride Council Network is a fractional family office–style referral ecosystem built to ensure LGBTQ+ individuals, families, and allies never have to navigate life's biggest decisions alone, or start the story over with every new professional.
The LGBTQ+ community faces a unique set of barriers that most professional networks simply weren't designed to address.
Queer individuals must repeatedly explain their identity, family structure, and circumstances to every new professional they encounter. Each referral means starting over, with no guarantee the next person is actually affirming.
Finding LGBTQ+-affirming professionals who specialize in serving the community, not just claim to, is nearly impossible in most cities. Discrimination still happens in housing, lending, healthcare, and beyond, often subtly and without recourse.
Finance, legal, real estate, healthcare, mental health, and business services all operate in silos, with no central system connecting them specifically for the queer community. There is no "family office" for people who can't afford one.
Three principles that shape everything we build.
Finance, legal, real estate, mental health, healthcare, HR, and more, all connected under one coordinated ecosystem. Providers know each other. Referrals flow naturally. The client never has to start over.
Submit a request once. The PCN Concierge evaluates the need, identifies the right provider(s), and makes a warm, informed introduction, ensuring you're connected to someone who is both qualified and affirming.
Every provider in the network completes PCN's intake process. They're not just claiming to be affirming; they're active contributors to the community, held to ethical standards and referral accountability.
From request to connection, a clear and coordinated process designed to protect the client at every step.
Via the website, Client Concierge form, or a referring partner. The client or referral partner submits their needs once.
The PCN team reviews the request and identifies the right match across the network: finance, health, legal, real estate, or beyond.
A warm, coordinated introduction is made. The client is connected to the right provider, informed, trusted, and prepared.
PCN stays connected. Referrals flow across the network. Each connection strengthens the ecosystem for the next person who needs it.
Charming Ihekoronye did not grow up in a queer-inclusive environment. The concept of a safe, affirming community, one that celebrated and supported LGBTQ+ identity, was largely absent from his early life. That absence would shape everything that followed.
The military brought Charming to San Diego, which changed his life. For the first time, he experienced what it felt like to be a Black, Queer man in a community that was vibrant, diverse, and genuinely supportive. It was the first time he had that kind of backing. A place where identity was celebrated, resources were accessible, and belonging wasn't conditional.
As military life continued to move Charming across the country, a pattern emerged: the close-knit, affirming queer community he had found in San Diego was the exception, not the rule. In city after city, the infrastructure, the inclusion, and the sense of coordinated support simply wasn't there for the LGBTQ+ community.
After eight years of moving, Charming settled in Nashville and found, perhaps unexpectedly, a genuinely great culture. The city has a strong, growing LGBTQ+ community worth investing in. Grateful for what San Diego gave him, Charming set out to recreate and uplift that kind of community here in Nashville, with the vision to expand it to every major city in the country.
Drawing on a background in military leadership, financial strategy, and building multiple businesses, Charming structured PCN after the family office model, the same coordinated, multi-professional support system that wealthy families have always had access to. The goal: bring that same level of aligned, trusted expertise to the LGBTQ+ community. At no cost to the client. Rooted in mission, not commission.
"San Diego gave me something I had never had before; a community that saw me, supported me, and made space for me as a Black, Queer man. I am so appreciative of that environment. I want to recreate it, and uplift it even more, starting here in Nashville."
Wealthy families hire an entire in-house team of financial, legal, estate, and strategic professionals, all working together, all knowing the full picture. One family. One unified organization serving every need. Charming wanted that same structure for the queer community. A council of trusted professionals, coordinated around the client, not scattered across disconnected referrals.
Military veteran, business strategist, financial educator, and founder of ReforgedHQ and Royal Family Finance. The architect of the PCN ecosystem.
Board member of Nashville Pride Festival and founder of the Queer Men's Book Club, an intergenerational space for queer men to connect outside of the bar scene. Community organizer at his core.
PCN is not one organization; it's a coordinated ecosystem of professionals, firms, and partners all connected through a single referral council. At the center is the community it serves.
PCN is its own entity. Royal Family Finance is not the Pride Council Network; it is one department within it, serving as the financial arm. The network is designed to grow every department: legal, real estate, mental health, healthcare, HR, nonprofit partnerships, and more. Every professional who joins contributes to a coordinated system where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
PCN was built for everyone who has ever needed a trusted professional and wasn't sure who was truly safe to call.
LGBTQ+ individuals, families, and allies navigating life's biggest decisions, from buying a home to protecting their wealth, managing their health, or starting a business.
LGBTQ+-affirming professionals who want to be discoverable by clients who specifically need them and who want to operate as part of a coordinated, ethical referral ecosystem rather than in isolation.
Individuals, organizations, and community leaders who refer clients into the network, contributing to a stronger ecosystem and, where eligible, participating in PCN's referral compensation structure.
While PCN serves everyone in the LGBTQ+ community and beyond, the founder has a particular commitment to: young Black men, LGBTQ+ youth, active-duty military & veterans, individuals navigating mental health challenges, and those who have historically lacked access to the kind of professional support PCN provides.
PCN launched in Nashville in 2025. What comes next is ambitious, and built to last.
PCN is building its foundation here in Nashville with the expectation of growing into other major cities across the country before the end of the year. The Finance Department through Royal Family Finance serves clients nationwide. PCN is building its local foundation here in Nashville first, with the goal of establishing chapters in 3 to 6 additional cities by the end of the year.
In ProgressPCN is actively recruiting professionals across finance, legal, mental health, real estate, HR, healthcare, and more, building a network large and diverse enough to match any client need.
Actively RecruitingRoyal Family Finance is specifically recruiting LGBTQ+ individuals to become licensed financial professionals, growing a team that reflects and serves the community it supports. No prior experience required.
Recruiting NowThe vision is to grow referral volume large enough to sustainably employ a full, dedicated Concierge team, paid for by the consistent flow of referrals the network generates. This is how PCN funds its own growth while keeping all services free to clients.
Future GoalPCN plans to build a publicly displayable donation fund where every member, client, and partner can see in real time exactly where donations come from and where they go, specifically toward Pride events and community happenings. No fund will launch until the system is built with full transparency and accountability. 100% of donations will be visible to the community.
Building the Right WayWe believe in total financial transparency. When the donation fund launches, every dollar in and every dollar out will be publicly visible to the network, earmarked specifically for LGBTQ+ events, community resources, and Pride happenings. We're building the infrastructure first. The fund opens when it's right.
PCN is not just a referral network. It's a model for what professional support should look like for underserved communities, and one day, a national ecosystem where no LGBTQ+ person has to navigate life's biggest moments without trusted, coordinated help by their side.
Six principles that shape every decision, every referral, and every relationship within the network.
Safe, celebratory, and unconditionally inclusive. Every partner, provider, and process is held to a standard of genuine affirmation, not performative allyship.
Mission over commission. Transparency in all financial dealings. Referral partners are held to accountability standards that protect the clients they serve.
No silos. No repeated storytelling. Every provider in the network is connected, so clients get a cohesive, informed experience across every discipline they need.
Building wealth, health, and capability, not dependency. Every interaction is designed to leave the client more informed, more protected, and more capable than before.
Built with and for the people it serves. The community's feedback shapes the network's growth. Success is measured by outcomes for clients, not metrics for the organization.
Shaped by military leadership and mission-first thinking. PCN operates with rigor, consistency, and a long-term view, because the community deserves an organization built to last.
Whether you're looking for support, want to offer it, or want to help the community grow; there's a place for you in PCN.
