Why this exists

Nobody should navigate life's biggest decisions alone. Nobody should
navigate life
alone.

A community-funded referral network of vetted, affirming professionals across finance, mental health, legal, real estate, and more. Built on the family office model. Free to the queer community.

Our story

Founded on a community that finally saw him.

Charming Ihekoronye did not grow up in a queer-inclusive environment. The Marines brought him to San Diego, and for the first time he experienced what it felt like to be a Black, Queer man in a community that was vibrant, affirming, and genuinely supportive. A place where identity was celebrated, resources were accessible, and belonging was not conditional.

Eight years of moving across the country made one thing clear: that close-knit, coordinated support was the exception, not the rule. After settling in Nashville in 2025, Charming set out to recreate it, and to build it everywhere.

Drawing on a background in military leadership, financial strategy, and building multiple businesses, he structured PCN after the family office model. The same coordinated, multi-professional support system that wealthy families have always had access to, brought to the LGBTQ+ community at no cost. Rooted in mission, not commission.

↳ The Pride Council Network was born October 2025.
The model

Three commitments. Non-negotiable.

Every member of the network signs up for the same standard. We do not flex on these.

01

Vetted

Every member is interviewed before joining. We verify license and credentials, confirm their practice delivers affirming care, and vet that they are LGBTQ+ or a true ally. Allies are rare on the roster for a reason: we want providers who do this work because they mean it, not because it markets well.

Member intake handled by the council.
02

Affirming

Affirming care, affirming finance, affirming everything. Members commit to using your name and pronouns, to recognizing chosen family in planning, and to flagging when something is outside their lane instead of guessing.

Annual reaffirmation, plus client feedback loop.
03

Free to use

You never pay a fee to PCN. Not to browse the directory, not to request an introduction, not to be matched. Members pay PCN nothing either. A few partner providers voluntarily pay a thank-you commission to the Member who made the introduction.

Access does not depend on income.
How it works

Four steps. No gotchas.

From your first request to a working relationship with a vetted member.

1

You ask

Tell us what you need: specialty, city, anything that matters. A short form or a direct email both work.

2

We match

A council member reads your request and picks one or two providers from the directory who actually fit.

3

Intro made

We send a warm intro email with your context. The provider follows up directly to schedule a first call.

4

You pay nothing

The introduction itself costs you nothing. You and the provider take it from there on their normal terms.

The ecosystem

One council. Many departments.

PCN is a coordinated ecosystem of professionals connected through a single referral council. Royal Family Finance is one department within it, not the network itself. Every department grows the same way: through vetting, not buying in.

The economics

PCN runs on the mission itself. No dues. No ads. No sponsored placements, no pay-to-play tiers, no ads inside the directory. The only money that ever flows is optional: a few partner providers pay a thank-you commission to the Member who made the introduction, and that commission goes to the Member, not to PCN. The bar to join is the vetting itself.

Two ways in.

If you need a professional, request an introduction. It's free and the lookup is fast. If you take referrals, the application takes about ten minutes.
