Become part of the network

Apply to the Council.

Two ways to be part of PCN. One takes an application. The other takes about thirty seconds.

B For everyone else

Just need a professional?

No application. No account. No fee. Browse the directory, or ask the council for a warm intro and we'll match you with one or two vetted members.

  • Directory is public and free to browse.
  • Introductions are free, on the house.
  • You never pay PCN for the match.
  • You keep working with the provider directly.
What vetting covers

Four things we check. Every time.

Membership isn't a sticker. Before you land in the directory, the council works through this list with you.

01

Credentials

Current licenses, certifications, or business registrations relevant to your practice area, verified against primary sources.

02

Affirming practice

Clear evidence your practice is built for LGBTQ+ clients, not just open to them. Training, language, policies, lived experience.

03

References

Two references we actually talk to. One peer or supervisor, one past client willing to speak candidly about the experience.

04

Commitments

Agreement to the PCN standards: affirming language, clear scope, timely response to intros, participation in monthly meets.

Provider application

The application lives below.

About ten minutes. You can save and return if you need to. All fields, from basics through references and commitments, are inside the form itself.

What happens next

Three conversations. We don't review, we connect.

This is how we actually get to know you. No ghosting, no gatekeeping, no secret scorecard.

01
Conversation one · meet the mission

Meet

We learn who you are and what you do. You learn what the Pride Council Network is actually for. No forms to fill out, no credentials pulled. Just a real conversation.

02
Conversation two · under the hood

Dig in

We go into your numbers, your processes, how you earn, and how your business actually runs. This is where we figure out where the network fits in what you're already building, or where it doesn't.

03
Conversation three · the hour

Connect

A full hour together. Vetting, intake, and onboarding happen here. We decide together whether you're joining as a Member or as a Partner, get you set up, and walk you into the network.

Frequently asked

Answers before you ask.

Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Not to apply, not to join, not ever. Members pay PCN nothing. No application fees, no dues, no referral fees taken out of your engagements. The network runs on the mission, not on your wallet.
What is the Partner Track, and how does it work?
The Partner Track is an optional upgrade, not a requirement. It lets Members become a licensed partner of the providers we already work with who pay commissions on referrals. Most of those partnerships only require a basic license, a contract, a certification, or a background check. Low cost. Low barrier. The upside is real: it lets a Member earn income on the referrals they send into the network, so providers can fund building out their own practice while the referral still goes to the right person. Members choose whether to run this track. Either way, the core network stays free.
Do I have to be in Nashville?
No. The council started in Nashville and most members are Tennessee-adjacent, but we list providers anywhere in the U.S. and are actively expanding regional coverage.
What specialties are you accepting?
Our current coverage is strongest in financial planning and strategy, mental health, healthcare, and higher education. We are actively recruiting in mortgage lending and welcome applicants there. We are actively expanding into legal, real estate, and creative specialties and welcome applicants there. Other adjacent practices are considered case by case.
Is PCN exclusive? Can I stay in other networks?
Not exclusive. Stay in any networks you want. We only ask that referrals coming through PCN are treated with the same care and timeliness as any other channel.
What happens if the council says no?
You get a straight answer about why. Most rejections are about fit or timing rather than quality. You're welcome to reapply when circumstances change.

Still deciding?

Come to a monthly meet. Second Wednesday, 6:30 PM CT, virtual. Watch the council in action before you apply.
